Refund policy
All regularly priced items are eligible for a size exchange or return and refund unless otherwise marked.
SIZE EXCHANGE: Replacement item will be shipped for free once item is received back to us. Size exchanges should be requested as soon as possible to ensure item availability.
RETURNS:
Return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount unless you receive an incorrect item or there is a concern with the condition of the item(s) you ordered due to unexpected/undisclosed damage or factory flaws. As many of our items are sold secondhand, some normal wear/tear is expected and all major damage will be disclosed in detail in the item description prior to purchase.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Orders 31 days or older are refundable for store credit only. Items set for local pick up will be automatically refunded if not picked up within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any attached tags, and in its original packaging (if applicable). You’ll also need to include your name and order number in your return package.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at support@chubbypeach.com. Once your request is received, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and have begun to process your refund, minus any shipping deductions or fees for damage. Once this process begins, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds for store credit will be provided via digital gift card.
